Leaving Klackberg for Stockholm this evening. As always, it makes me a little sad, but i do long for a good cup of coffee.

Wednesday, July 1st 2009

I’ve been playing around with Via.nu for a bit, syndicating bits and pieces from here and there. And isn’t there a lot to syndicate? I’m getting feeds from everywhere.

Tuesday, June 30th 2009

Another hot day, with the hot news that The Pirate Bay might be sold for 60 million SEK (US$ 7.8 million). I’m spending a geeky evening with my friend Dan Rasmussen here in Klackberg.

Monday, June 29th 2009

A great day yesterday! I went with the boys to Leksand Sommarland. Lots of fun. In the evening I set up Chimär.se, a site where I’m re-publishing my friend Johan Christiansson‘s Facebook updates. These are great pieces of poetry. Short and brilliant. All in Swedish though.

Friday, June 26th 2009

A sad day actually. Michael Jackson died yesterday. At times, he meant a lot to me. One of my fondest Michael Jackson related memories was the summer when we only played Billy Jean non-stop during our crayfish party. This was in the cassette days, and that meant we had to record it 55 times on [...]

Thursday, June 25th 2009

This morning, has been spent discussing the best way to place affiliate ads. It’s strange, but I feel more and more allienated from affiliate marketing. Probably because the massive amount of tackyness in that area. I loath anything that has the smell of MLM marketing. Just hate it. Another lesson from this mornings discussions is [...]

Wednesday, June 24th 2009

Busy day yesterday, when I painted the veranda floor, went to Stockholm, bought a green shirt, picked up Lena and her mother Marianne, bought two apple trees, went to Åkersberga, celebrated Anki’s 50th birthday, planted the trees, dropped Marianne and Lena off in Stockholm, said hi to Allis, and then drove back to Klackberg. Today [...]

Monday, June 22nd 2009

I’m in Klackberg, and it is an exhilaratingly beautiful morning. I should be putting together fresh content for nordg.se. I should paint the veranda floor, I should be writing text recommendations for CFI Group and I should see the clear sky as an opportunity to fix the roof hatch. But I might end up going [...]

Tuesday, June 16th 2009

It looks as if the summer is here already. I’m overdue for a groom for the midsummer solstice.

Wednesday, June 10th 2009

Stockholm is as rainy as ever. And cold! I hate Swedish summers when they are like this. However. I’m sharing a table with Ted Valentin who is nagging me about smoking. Smug bastard! But Ted is great. I want to do things with his new map API. His great maps are still banned by Google [...]

Tuesday, June 9th 2009

These are crazy days and I’m really, really happy about all the link love I’m receiving to my Swedish blog. Dan has written about my legal situation, Joakim still want’s to be sued too, Backend Media relays the story, Jonk is upset about companies that sue their critics, Marcus Westberg is still supportive, I’m very [...]

Saturday, June 6th 2009

Today should be an alltogeather happy day, full of celebrations. It’s Sweden’s national day and the day befor the elections day when the Pirate Party will enter in at least one and hopefully two chairs in the European Parliament. However. The happy day is somewhat clouded by a threat, not only to me, but also [...]

Thursday, June 4th 2009

If I’m looking particularly grim today, it’s because a Swedish SEO company named Jajja has tried to contact me through their lawyers, but failed completely, since they sent the papers to Carnaby, a company I used to co-own, but now only take assignments through. I’ve only heard snippets from the communication, but it seems as [...]

Tuesday, June 2nd 2009

It’s a rainy Tuesday in Stockholm. Yesterday was almost tropical. A much, much better day. It was also the day when Allis turned 16 which makes means that I now have been a father for 16 years. Yikes. I didn’t do much but birthday celebrations yesterday. Except setting up a dummy page for butikenvidhavet.se and [...]

Saturday, May 30th 2009

This was the first day of summer here in Stockholm, and I’ve been home with a fever all day. Instead, I’ve been working with Piratpartister.se a bit, trying to tweek in a list of all blog posts. Just now, I realized i have to declare the $post variable as a global before being able to [...]

In a meeting with CFI Group in Stockholm.

Friday, May 15th 2009

I’m waiting for Maria who’s making a site about Fårö just north of Gotland. She needs some WordPress support. I’m really looking forward to the week end this week, even though some of it will be spent working. I’m doing a talk about SEO for WordPress on WP-Girls.

Tuesday, May 5th 2009

Uhu work work. Writing an analysis for Twilfit.se. It’s amazing to just think of all the traffic they don’t get for their main terms right now. But it’s a beautiful site, and it’s built in Consolo, which handled the right way is an SEO friendly CMS, so we should be able to get some of [...]

My family won’t let me wear this nice hat. I just can’t understand them.

Saturday, April 25th 2009

It’s a beautiful day in Stockholm. And yet, I’m  on an SEO analysis and trying to figure out what to do on Piratpartister.se. However, I’m working from the balcony. It’s 20°C here in the shade.
