Hi, wow, had fun reading most of your notes

I live in New Zealand, i received a letter from spain the other side of the world, saying that i had won ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EURO (1,800,000) thats $3,660000 in NZ dollars.

I knew that it had to be a scam but could not work out how it would work, but thanks to reading all your bits and pieces i know fully understand. We are a country of 4mill people and am now worried that they are trying to convince the smaller places in the world to continue with this scam.

The letter asked me for name, D.O.B, Address, Phone numbers, occupation, bank account name and number, bank address. I had to claim the prize with in 31days other wise it would go back to the spanish board of internal revenue.

I cant believe this letter/email has been going round for this long and nothing from the little i did read has been done to stop these people. People out there must be sucked into this, and its horrible, having to pay out money for taxes etc to get this prize money released, that horrible.

What can be done to prevent this happening to others in New Zealand, and other small countries in the world?
