Today my friend Elias Kai mentioned that Google had updated their robots.txt file. I’ve must admit that it hasn’t been on my watch list , and I have only visited it a few times. According to Elias, who usually knows what he’s talking about the two entries uds and mds are new, and these two new endries are most probably linked to the rumoured Google Health service.
I find it quite surprising that there are som many links to Google’s robots.txt file. It isn’t, after all, that much of a read. Still it holds a solid Google PR of 5. Neither search.msn.com nor search.yahoo.com has any visible PR (and neither www.msn.com nor www.yahoo.com has a robots.txt file in place).
