Wow. It's definitely fake. The domain onlinerifbmgt.com was registered in
june 2009.

The site itself looks even more lika a cut an paste project. What do they
think? That we can't use directories?

I'd say there isn't a Royal Bank of Ireland. The site they sent you to isn't
indexed neither by Google or Yahoo and a Google search for the name gives
us:

So. Definitely a scam.

what if the scammer includes the name of the bank. and after i check the authencity of the bank through FSA in UK, they verify the bank is genuine.
the bank have also replied to me & they have verified that the winning is genuine.

There is a website of the bank and a picture of the officer is even on it. the bank replies me using the bank email address (bcos the email add reply is not of a free email eg gmail, yahoo, hotmail & etc). But they need me to open a premium account with the bank in order to transfer the winning to my country.

Does this all make any sense?
