12/12 2002 – I’ve decided do publish some examples of the spam I receive every day. Todays pick is a mail entitled Introduction from Kent Kristensen.
So who is this guy Kent Kristensen? What does he mean with with ”the new e-mail nettiquette”? All I know is that he has sent this spam mail to me twice this morning. Once to my legitimate address and once to an address that I only receive spam to. For the records: I’m not, and have never been, at all interested in golf.
So, the guy goes out and buys a few million e-mail addresses, or maybe harvests them himself off the web. Then he makes me unsubscribe from something I have never shown any interest in. Fair? No.
Here is what he sent me:
