Time traveller in need of spare parts

I’m not totally sure this really is spam. But it’s strange, and way past anything I’ve ever seen before. Have you ever heared about a 4 Dimensional Warp Generator # 52 4350a series wrist watch? I haven’t. Familiar with the AMD Dimensional Warp Generator module containing the GRC79 induction motor? Uh-hu. Then you might not know what a I80200 warp stabilizer is either. It wants a hell of a lot of SRAM though. 256GB is more than I can think of without geting a headache.

But if you happen to know of someone with a large stoch of reliable crystal Ionizers with unlimited memory backup, honk, and I will share the US$ 5,000 with you.

Update: I stand corrected. This isn’t spam at all. It’s probably not a time traveller in needs of spare parts either. It’s more of a hoax or a prank. I have therefore now renamed the entry and moved it into the friday cathegory. What it really is remains to figure out though… Could it be some sick kind of guerilla marketing? What happens if you actually reply to the firemail.de address?

But, what’s worse is that it’s pretty old. It’s mentioned in a column by Tony Morrisson in the post-gazette.com that is well worth reading.

Update 2: In fact. This seems to be ancient. Nicklas Persson of eljestwhere.org just sent me this link. And according to the searches done on this, I guess more and more people are getting them.
