It’s another Summer of Beard. Well for some it is. Mine is never thick enough. I’m taking the day off today, since my sons want a day with their father. I think we will go swimming.

Last week was mostly a semi-vacation. This week has this far been hard work only. But it’s fun, so why complain? The boys just stormed in with four friends and built boats out of soda cans. The most functional vessel built in 30 minutes will be the winner. Plus, of course, points for style…

It’s the day before midsummer’s eve. The summer solstice is probably the most important holliday here in Sweden. I just checked last year’s post for this day. Scary. If you want to do something really good today, send flowers to Camilla Lindberg the only right-wing parliamentarian who chose to vote no yesterday.

What can I say about this day? Only that while the Swedish parliament where preparing to vote for one of the world’s most oppressive laws regarding personal integrity, I was busy trying to promote Swedish affiliate programs for sites about cars and motoring.
