I received one of these e-mails too. I wrote to the so-called fiduciary agent and told him to contact my attorney. I also informed these people that I believe this to be a big SCAM!!! Can’t we catch these people. They are truly scum!

IS THIS A SCAM MAIL?

I received this email and actually took it a few steps. I filled out the info with address and name…maybe shouldn’t have even done that, but wanted to see when they asked for money. Sure enough, lawyer fees and affidavit forms came on about the 4th message. I sent an email back leaving my number for him to call. To my surprise he did and tried to legitimize everything, but after reading more about this from everyone else, and what makes a scam a scam…this is definately a scam.

I actually printed out all email messages and am going to send them to my states attorney and see if they can’t take some legal/police action against these people. Just a thought.

Well, this is sad because I got the same thing and I actually thought that it was true. I got a message from Dolly Ric Last May 22nd, 2007, same letter but of course different ref. number DZ/BC7765468/WW14 and different coupon number NM/896161/WOP . I sent Mr. James Keller a reply asking him how to claim the prize and he replied to me even giving me the payment options. So if this is just false hope, this is unfair. These people need to be punished. On the otherhand, I was thinking, how can we get in trouble here because they were not asking for any money or maybe they will charge us later on. Well, I was already dreaming about a mansion hahaha. I even called the number but after two rings an answering machine will follow.

I just received the exact e-mail as JB. I can’t believe these people. I am going through a rough time financially so to get this was very depressing! What comes around goes around though.

You guys were lucky – I only won 550 000!! with exactly the same ref. number and batch number as Anis Aouadi. I could not decide whether this was real because I was worried about the hotmail address of the Oxford Regional Claims Office. I strung them along and it sounded very real. I phoned the number and the guy sounded like an attorney. I had to exercise an option and after choosing option 2 I now have to fill in a claims form with a warning that there may be legal cost incurred. This is where I am stopping the bus to get off.

No, I don’t think there’s any hacking involved. That’s way over the heads of these guys.

They count on the fact that most people cannot buy tickets and scrable off to an office in the Netherlands. But they offer you this to show good faith. They then count on the fact that most people would rather spend much less (as it seems) on their commissions, than on tickets and accomodation.

In the end there is no lottery, there is no funds, all there is is a few Nigerians scammers sending out e-mails like machineguns.

I, myself, is more than a little annoyed with scammers like this. I’m outraged!

i have just get a email i have winning much money but how can it be i have not by any lottery so how can i win

A lot of smart guys, like me, that BELIVES it is a bluff.
But is there really nobody that has tried to play along and got
some experiences?

Come on. Give us your true story!

I have recieved not 1 but 10 of these happy news . I have responded with giving them requested information , cause you can´t be sure its not for real , can you ? Its totally out of the ordinary but dreams can come true , can´t they ? Why not give it a try ? With one I went into claimsprocess . Its a legel process with forms and fees for the Government . I ran out of money after a while and couldn´t finish it. The board of Directors couldn´t approve and didn´t understand why I didn`t made more of an effort . Yeah , so he should know. The process terminated and I kissed my money farewell. Maybe there is someone who have recieved the prize or there is none . I do not know for sure . Maybe its just hard expensive work ? Or its a cunning scam in a sceeming plot of fraud . For what purpose ? Whats the plan ?

Surely the idea is to steal our identity – so, even if they don’t want money up front – they want your date of birth etc. and bank details and will open credit cards in your name then empty accounts and default on them and you get a lousy credit rating etc.
