Lottery Scam - E.A.A.S Lottery Headquarters
The lottery scams seem to grow in popularity. Just as with the 419 scams, they attract their victims by the promise of a large sum of money, wrongfully earned, and just as non existing. Since you never actually bought that lottery ticket, you are less likely to presss charges when it turns out you have lost a lot of money (in commissions and administative fees) to the scammers.

The problem is not if you can receive your check to Pakistan, since these scammers never have had any plans to send you one anyhow.
However, it would be fun to see if they would try to pull the old cash-check-send-money-before-the-bank-complains trick that only works in the US, since most US banks have such antique bank routines.

Stop a second to read through biksjanjua’s and Adarsha’s responses above. It is quite typical for this kind of scam.
They are both so blinded by the promise of millions and millions of rupees, that he hasn’t stopped for a second to read through and try to understand the comments on this page. He just wants to feed the scammers with their data…
It’s sad, but at times like this I have to agree with the hard hats that say that it’s only people who want to be parted from their money who are scammed.
I have tried to contact both biksjanjua and Adarsha to tell them to stay clear of the scammers, but I have very little hope of coming through to them.

Read the title and headline of this page. The lottery is a scam. It’s all a way to fool you to pay the scammers money that they claim is taxes, fees, commissions… You will however, never receive any money, since there isn’t any lottery with this name and never was.

i have receieved two lottery emails,,one by the name of E.A.A.S INC,,and the agent name was barr mohammad abdulrehman,,the other was by the name australin lottery and the agent name was daviv kewel ,,actually i wasnt aware of such basterds so i have given them myid ,, but when i have been told to pay some amount i was shocked ,, and they seemed baggers to me .so these bastereds must be stopped coz they r making some very wise peopls their victams,,i have abused those basterds on email and on phone ,,i hate such kinda idle basterds

On Apr 2nd, i got an email in such same matter. I was surprised that i won USD 250,000 in a winning lottery stake. I suppose to keep in touch with a person by the name of barrister mohd nasir eka in Indonesia. He did call me in few occassion and request me to provide my particulars to him…which i did!!! So stupid of me. On 24th June, he requested me to transfer USD325 to a another person account by the name of Oliver Osondu by Werstern Union Money transfer in Indonesia too. I was shocked with request. I asked few of my friends about the same matter and they did advice me to ignore the email.
To be frank you all of you, this particular Mohd Eka use our god name to convince me about the won amount. I was really ashame because our own Muslim use our god name to cheat other Muslim. What a worst thing to do and why are they not afraid of god punishment when they did all this. What will the families think and will their next generation will suffer for the sin of their parent!!???
For gos sake, if you don’t want to loose a single cent…please don’t reply to all kind of this email. It’s a waste of time….and perhaps your money too…!!!!

If you have a bank with reasonable security they shouldn’t be able to withdraw any money from your account, but if you worry, please contact you bank about it.

Sorry to hear that you’ve lost a lot of money because of those bastard scammers.
Next time don’t believe in any email when they tell you that you’ve won this particular amount and after giving your details they’ll have to let you pay a certain amount to be able to claim your prize. If you really win the prize, they don’t have to ask you to pay the courier charge and other fees, it should be shouldered by them and only them. I also received this type of email that I won $250,000 but when BARRISTER MOHAMMED TAHER replied to me and told me to pay $720 for consultation, courier fees, etc. I just ignore his mail to the fact that I already getting their style to get money from their victims. $720 is very hard to earn especially if your just an ordinary person whose working very hard to earn that amount of money. Poor scammers they lived their life by fooling poor people like us. They should work hard in order to live but not by with this type of scam emails. They should be jailed and punished.

The whole purpose of this site is to warn people about scammers like these. And stories like yours really help, since there will always be people who want to believe that they have won big, even though they never bought a lottery ticket in their lives.
I don’t think you have to big of a chance to get your money back though. But still, I strongly suggest that you take your case to the police. If nothing else comes out of it, at least your case will be noted in statistics over this type of crime, and one day the police might actually come together and try to do something about scammers like these.

It’s difficult to say without more detail, but you can allways ask yourself these questions:
1. Did you buy a lottery ticket?
2. Is the mail sent from a free mail domain or from the company who that you have “won” anything from?
3. Are you asked to contact a third person and does that person have a free online mail account (such as a Yahoo mail account)?
4. Check the mail headers and look for the originating IP-number, look it up, and does it come from Nigeria?
If the first answer is no or if any of the other answers are yes, then it is probably a scam.

now they are demanding 720 euros as the administrational and transfer charge.
what should i do!!

Hello.On 18th December I received a mail telling me that I won 4,500,000$. Of course, i couldn’t believe it but i was wondering that if it is true what am i going to do? My intention was to asking for advice but as i can understand fron the above mentioning all these are simply a deceit… Isn;t it true?
