Yesterday, when the Sober.q worm hit, I was somewhat disturbed by the fact that this domain was getting bounces where one of my addresses had been used as the from address for these political spam messages.
I don’t know if I should feel better when realizing that the president@whitehouse.gov address is used for this too.

The mail consists of 16 links to German, pro-nazi, right-wing articles that I won’t display here.
At first, I thought that it was strange that this spam message (and the several hundreds of others) reached me, since the to-address is a non-valid email address. However, the worm has used an X-original flag with a valid address.
Wide scale political spam
This is not the first time I’ve received political spam, but it’s the first I hear about a custom made worm sending out right-wing links in German. I can’t read the article these mails link to, and I guess most people can’t. But if I start getting them, mabe most Germans have too.
In my oppinion, this is nothing but internet based terrorism carried out by a dangerous, yet hopefull small, German NeoNazi group.
We need to stop them! ¡No Pasarán! Please people. If you persist in using Windows + Outlook, please use updated anti-virus software!
